April, 2026- The Suzhou Museum of Contemporary Art, designed by BJARK INGELS GROUP in partnership with ARTS Group and Front Inc., is expected to open during 2026. Located beside the Jinji Lake waterfront in Suzhou— a city in eastern China that is over 2,500 years old—the 60,000-square-meter complex comprises 12 pavilions under a continuous roof. Each pavilion is clad in rippled and curved glass and stainless steel, reflecting the surrounding sky, water and gardens, which blurs the boundaries between architecture and nature.
