HemiPleat® is Camfil APC’s unique method of creating highly efficient pleated filter media. Synthetic beads hold the pleats open and evenly spaced, exposing more media to the airstream. More dust is loaded on the filter and then released when pulse-cleaned...much more dust than standard filters which are packed too tightly. These filters maintain a lower pressure drop, use less compressed air, reduce the energy demand of the fan motor and reduce filter change-outs. HemiPleat filters are guaranteed to last longer than standard filter cartridges, doubling the filter life for many customers. HemiPleat retrofit filters are available for most dust collector brands, so users can upgrade to Hemipleat to save time, energy and money.
