At FABTECH 2026, Flex Machine Tools to Highlight Waterjet Technology, CNC Machining, and a Range of Advanced Ergonomic Tapping Arm Solutions

Flex Machine Tools will showcase its FL-0404 FlexJet Waterjet System, G-20-06 G-Series FlexCNC Vertical Machining Center, and a range of ergonomic tapping, drilling and torque reaction arm solutions at FABTECH 2026, Booth #C960 in the Forming & Fabricating Pavilion, Central Hall, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV from October 21–23, 2026.

Waterjet

Featured at FABTECH 2026 will be the FL-0404 FlexJet Waterjet System, a compact and versatile waterjet cutting solution designed to deliver precision cutting performance while maximizing valuable shop floor space. Ideal for fabrication shops, prototype work and small-part production, the FL-0404 provides manufacturers with the flexibility to cut a wide range of materials, from metals and composites to plastics, stone and glass.

Another major highlight in the booth will be the G-20-06 G-Series FlexCNC Vertical Machining Center, a powerful machining solution engineered to deliver high-performance milling capabilities. Among the highlights will be the GH-45 Hydraulic Tapping Arm, engineered for large tapping applications requiring high torque and exceptional control. Designed to reduce operator fatigue while improving consistency and thread quality, the GH-45 delivers powerful, precise tapping performance for demanding manufacturing operations.

Flex will also showcase the REM-24D Electric Tapping Arm, a versatile solution that allows users to quickly switch between vertical and horizontal tapping positions. Known for producing accurate tapped holes while minimizing the risk of tap breakage, the REM-24D combines ergonomic operation with exceptional flexibility for a wide range of tapping applications.

Also on display will be the MAG-35-H Mag Drill Arm, an ergonomic solution that simplifies magnetic drilling operations while improving safety and reducing operator strain.
